Student records request

Fishers Christian Academy is happy to assist families, schools, and other authorized organizations with student records requests.

For Schools & Educational Institutions

If a student has transferred to Fishers Christian Academy, or if you are requesting records for a student who previously attended FCA, please submit your records request using the appropriate contact information below.

For Parents & Guardians

Parents and guardians who need a copy of their child's records may contact the FCA school office for assistance. Depending on the type of record requested, additional authorization or identification may be required.
